Cancelling or Updating Simplebim Licenses
About Rental Period and automatic renewal
Your Simplebim Rental License has a rental period. When your Rental Period ends, your rental agreement is automatically renewed, and you are invoiced for the next 12 months based on our then-current official price list, unless you cancel this rental agreement before your Rental Period ends. Regardless of any cancellation, the rental agreement is always valid until the end of your Rental Period. If you cancel and once your Rental Period ends, you no longer have the right to and cannot use Simplebim.
Cancelling licenses purchased from Datacubist
Simplebim Rental Licenses purchased directly from Datacubist can be cancelled by sending an email to sales@simplebim.com. Please make sure to include your contact person’s email address, company name, and the license key in the message. As soon as we have handled your request, you will get a confirmation email at the email address you provided.
Cancelling or updating licenses purchased from Simplebim reseller
If you purchased your licenses from Simplebim reseller, please contact your local reseller for cancelling or updating your license.
Cancelling licenses purchased from the BlueSnap online store
If you bought your license from our online store, and if you have a BlueSnap Shopper Account, you can update or cancel a subscription by logging into your account, where you will see your subscription details. Alternatively follow the instruction above and send us an email. Learn more about using your BlueSnap Shopper account on BlueSnap’s website.
Updating or upgrading your Simplebim licences
If needed you can update and upgrade your Simplebim licenses. For example, if needed, you can add new licenses to the same activation key. If you wish to do this, please tell us your activation key when you order new licenses and we will add the new licenses to your existing key.
