Cancelling or Updating Simplebim Licenses
Rental Period and Automatic Renewal
Your Simplebim Rental License is valid for 12 month and renews automatically at the end of each rental period. Renewal is based on the official price list valid at the time of renewal.
To avoid automatic renewal, please cancel your license before the end of your rental period.
Please note: even if cancelled, the license and the rental agreement remain valid until your current rental period ends. After that, your cannot use Simplebim any longer.
Cancelling Licenses Purchased from Datacubist
If yo purchased you Rental License directly from Datacubist, simply send an email to sales@simplebim.com. Please include: your contact person’s email address, the Company name, and the License Key. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your cancellation has been processed.
Cancelling or Updating Licenses Purchased from a Simplebim Reseller
If you bought your license through a Simplebim reseller, please contact them directly for any changes or cancellations.
Cancelling Licenses Purchased from our BlueSnap online store
If you bought your license from our online store and have a BlueSnap Shopper Account, you can view, update or cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Alternatively, you can also contact us via email (see above). More information about using your BlueSnap Shopper Account is available on the BlueSnap website.
Updating or Upgrading Your Simplebim Licences
Need more licenses? You can always add new licenses to your current activation key. Just mention your existing activation key when placing the order, and we will attach the new licenses to it.
