Sending network license release information to support

These instructions are for Simplebim version 9 and later

  1. Close Simplebim
  2. If the network license fails to release you get a dialog with a warning message about this
  3. Click Yes and the Report Viewer dialog is shown
  4. Click Copy and the report is copied to the clipboard
  5. Create a new email to support@simplebim.com
  6. Paste the text from the clipboard to the email and give the email a meaningful subject
  7. Send the email
