Sending license activation information to support

These instructions are for Simplebim version 9 and later

  1. Start Simplebim
  2. In the Simplebim 10 License dialog click the Activate button
  3. Fill in your License Key or Trial Key
  4. If the key is not accepted by Simplebim, click the Cancel button
  5. In the Simplebim 10 License dialog click on Show Report… in the lower left hand corner
  6. In the Report Viewer dialog that opens click the Copy button
  7. Create a new email to support@simplebim.com
  8. Paste the text from the clipboard to the email and give the email a meaningful subject
  9. Send the email
